rebuilds urban neighborhoods by repairing homes, nonprofit facilities, and storefronts in the greater Washington, D.C area. We mobilize volunteers and real-estate professionals who work side-by-side with our partners- homeowners, faith institutions and neighborhood leaders. Our work serves to break down racial, economic and religious barriers and encourages understanding between communities that are so often disconnected. Our mission is rooted in the Jewish tradition to repair the world and to engage in acts of loving kindness.
